Andrey BELIYANINOV

 

Born July 14, 1957, Moscow. Graduated from Moscow Plekhanov Academy of National Economy. Has experience in financial and banking sector, External Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation. Dealt with military technical cooperation between Russia and foreign countries as a Deputy Economy General Director of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Promexport (1999-2000) and a General Director of Federal State Unitary Rosoboronexport (2000-2004), 2004-2006 Director of the Federal Service of Procurements for State Defense Purposes. Starting May 12, 2006 was appointed as the Head of the FCS of Russia. Doctor of Economics, honoured economist of Russia. Married, 3 children.

There are about 20 representative offices of the Federal Customs Service (FCS) of Russia in such countries as the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, Ukraine, and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Finland, Belgium, Germany, Brazil, South Korea, China, Japan etc.

The Representative office of the Federal Customs Service in Japan in close cooperation with JETRO, KEIDANREN, and other business associations builds up a platform to facilitate and strengthen bilateral customs partnership.
