Business Hours (except weekends and Russian national holidays):

from 09:30-12:30 and from 14:30-16:30.
On Tuesdays and Fridays the Consular Section will be open only in the morning (from 09.30-12.30).
 

VIsa Branch Business Hours (during summertime till 31 august 2018, except weekends and Russian national holidays):

09:00-12:30

Tourist companies can make an appointment for more than 20 visa applications on every working day from Monday till Friday 14:30-17:00
