From now on Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in Japan accepts payment of the consular fee by cash or bank card (“Visa” or “Mastercard”).

 

Attention!

There will be a change in a form of payment of consular fees since July 1, 2019. Only bank transfers or credit card payment (“Visa” or “Mastercard”) will be accepted. Payment by cash will not be accepted.
