Without the assistance on the part of the Japanese Embassy, my colleague who is helping us with interpreting would have been unable to receive a visa. He still did not have a visa three days ago, and your colleagues at the Japanese Embassy in Moscow inquired whether it would be possible to organise proper translation of our meeting. Our Japanese friends resolved the matter with the US side in no time at all. The visa was issued without delay, and hence we have this opportunity to conduct a normal detailed conversation today.

Therefore we will come to you if there are any additional problems between us and our American friends.
